Katherine Grady is a Partner in LGA and a family business consultant for over 20 years. Her consultative work focuses on continuity planning, governance design, leadership development, executive coaching, and family team building with family businesses, offices and foundations.
Katherine was a faculty member and Associate Clinical Professor at Yale University for thirty years, involved in teaching, service, and research related to families and organization development. She was also a trainer and chief assessor for twenty years for the Center for Creative Leadership’s Development Program conducted by Rensselaer at Hartford.
A licensed psychologist, Katherine’s expertise as both an executive coach and a consultant has allowed her to focus on individual and organizational development within different family and organizational contexts. She also lectures and publishes on continuity planning, leadership, career development, leadership, personality differences, team building, and family dynamics.
Katherine earned her B.A. from Oberlin College and her M.A. and Ph.D. from Peabody College of Vanderbilt University. She completed her internship at Yale University. She lives with her husband in Madison, CT.
