Holly Isdale's work focuses on continuity planning. A tax attorney by training, Holly has spent the last two decades advising wealthy families on personal estate and investment planning and trust management for JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers. Most recently, Holly led the family office effort with in Bessemer Trust. She also has extensive experience working with families on philanthropy, assisting individuals and family foundations on issues of investment management governance, succession planning, and grant operations.
In addition to her family governance and continuity work with LGA, Holly is also founder and president of Wealthaven LLC, a firm providing advisory and implementation services for wealth management and transfer. Wealthaven projects may involve the creation and dissolution of family offices, restructuring of family office operations in light of regulatory changes (such as Dodd-Frank), structuring shareholder buy-sell agreements, and overseeing the creation of private trust companies for family business owners and trustees. In some cases. Wealthaven operates as an outsourced family office, providing personal CFO services for a select group of families as well as outsourced private trust company management. Wealthaven and LGA frequently collaborate on projects to provide both financial and governance advisory services for families facing complex continuity challenges.
