Wendy R. Ulaszek, Ph.D.
Wendy Ulaszek (Associate) holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in family systems and organizational behavior. At LGA, in addition to her work on governance and family continuity, she has a special focus on executive coaching, team building and the development of the next generation.
Wendy has over 12 years of consulting and counseling experience in individual, group, and organizational assessment, leadership development, and career counseling. She has designed and delivered workshops on effective communication, cultural diversity, leadership and team building. She also has extensive experience in the administration and interpretation of numerous psychological and personality inventories relevant to executive development.
Wendy is a member of the Research Faculty at the University of Connecticut, where she is currently directing a project examining organizational readiness to change and the implementation of change processes. She has co-authored numerous articles for academic journals and has presented her research findings at both professional and corporate conferences. She is also a certified executive coach with the Leadership Development Program of the Center for Creative Leadership in Hartford, Connecticut, where she works with senior executives in both public and private companies and in family businesses. She lives with her husband and their four children in Connecticut.
