Neus Feliu, MA, MRes
Neus Feliu specializes in family governance and its impact on the continuity of family-owned and family-controlled enterprises.
She was raised in a business family in Barcelona, Spain, where she earned her degrees in Economics and Psychology, and an MA in Family Mediation, respectively at the Universitat Central de Barcelona, Universitat Ramon Llull and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
Earlier in her career she worked as a tax and legal adviser to family firms in London and Spain. Since 1998 Neus has been a consultant to many Spanish family firms focusing on family dynamics and how it affects governance and continuity; continuity planning; design, development and implementation of ownership and governance structures; shareholders’ agreements; and succession plans and estate plans.
Neus holds a postgraduate degree in Family Systems from the Georgetown Family Center (Washington, DC) and a certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute (Boston, MA). Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Family Business at ESADE (Barcelona, Spain). Neus lives in Barcelona, Spain, with her husband and their two children.
